Draught at Bishops Arms, Göteborg. Dark amber, very lightly hazy, minimal head. Rich grapefruit aroma. Sweet with clean, bold mouthfeel. Lots of crystal malt and American hops. Very bitter finish. A typical Dugges beer, typical American in style from it’s clean mouthfeel to it’s rich juicy hoppiness. Earlier Rating: 4/10/2007 Total Score: 4.2 Draught at Glenfiddich Warehouse 68, Stockholm. Clear copper colour, rich firm head. Powerful hop aroma of lychee and mango. Sweet with notes of malt, black cherries and tangerine. Wave after wave of aromatic hops roll in on top of a straigh forward American style malt character. Really bitter, and it lingers, but doesn’t go overboard. Yeah!

(Draught) Pours hazy amber. Laid back green hops in the aroma with fruity tones of apricot, oranges/tangerines, lychee and grapefruit. Some honey melon. Also some notes of pine and flowers. A bit sweet with a caramelly background. Lots of hops in the flavour with a rather friendly bitterness and a caramelly backbone. Fruity with some jam like tones and some spicy hops. Some piny and floral notes in the afterbitterness. Light dry finish. Rather soft but a bit sticky mouthfeel. Medium body. A nice and very US like IPA but with the typical Dugge features: easy, friendly bitter-hop profile and an aggressive flavour and aroma-hop profile. Earlier Rating: 3/24/2007 Total Score: 4.1 (Draught) Pours light hazy, light blood red with copper-ish hints. Full aroma of green, spicy hops with tones of flowers, fruits, apricot, grapefruit, blood oranges, pine and lychee with a caramelly backdrop to back it up. A lot of green hops and caramel in the flavour as well with tones of flowers, grapefruit, pine, lychee, apricot and blood oranges. Not extravagant bitter, just tons of aroma (dry) hops. Caramel and hops ligers in the aftertaste. Medium dry, medium body. Massive hop bomb with “lagom” bitterness.
