10/8/11. Bottle. Hazy amber pour, not quite orange but not quite red, with a small khaki head that fades but laces a ton. Bold hop aroma with citrus, a lot of grapefruit, and a little bit of musty pine, but the hop character seems a bit earthy and old. There’s also touches of caramel in there. Bold flavor that is very unique... citrus, butterscotch, pine, seltzer water, a bit of cough medicine, and lingering breadiness. Almost a bit weird, but nice.

500ml Bottle: Aroma of hops, malt, diacetyl, caramel, and a hit of resin. Poured orange in color with a tiny, off-white head that disappeared except for around the edges. Very hazy. Lightly sparkling. Very good lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet, slightly bitter. Tastes of malt, caramel, diacetyl, and a hint of hops. Medium body. Slick, then lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Malt, caramel, diacetyl finish. 7.5%ABV is completely hidden throughout.

This beer is wonderful! It smells like a flower field. The taste evokes a whole world of tastes. It goes through the nose, invades the mouth and the throat, and leaves me satisfied and quite dreaming. I would taste this any time, in any season. Perfect with any meal, but preferably weel spiced. Congratulations to the brewer ! The compination of five types of hop is frankly a strike of genius !
