Tap @ CBF. Pours murky creamy copper, small white collar of foam. Aroma is very organic with some wet hops, citrus, lime, caramel, salmiach, spices, salt and maybe even some vinegary stuff as well. Taste has caramel, lots of sweetness, dry on the palate, very organic and quite mild on the hop side. It also has some honey-like notes which add to the drinkability.

Bottle at DBF 2011. Hazy amber with a white head. Aroma moderate malty (caramel), moderate to heavy hoppy (spicy). Flavor moderate sweet, heavy bitter and spicy. Medium+ body.

Bottle at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Hazy amber colour with little white head. Aroma and flavour of fruti, malt, caramel, hops and spice.

Pours golden with no head. Aroma is hop forward, citrus, peach, malty background and earth. Taste add some honey, more hops and some dryness.

Amber with white head. Aroma of orange and citrus. Flavor with caramel and malt. Not well balanced.

Pours a medium straw, cloudy, with an airy, white head.
Hoppy, floral nose, apricots, grapefruit, passionfruit, pineapple, pine needles, grass, lemon, lime earth.
Dry, medium to full bodied, high bitterness, balanced CO2.
Fruity, spicy, hoppy taste, pine grape, flowers, yeast, soap, tropical fruits.
Astringent finish, godd balance malt-hop-alcohol, quite elegant IPA. (2011-04-29)
