In short: A malty caramelized fruity IPA. Decent nourishing IPA
How: Tap somewhere in Göteborg Sweden, probably at Ölrepubliken
The look: Almost clear orange-amber body topped by a small off-white head
In long: Nose is lightly hoppy and somewhat malty, the hop signature that is fruity-resinous. Not a very aromatic beer, less intense nose than most modern IPAs. Taste has a lot of caramelized malts, cookies, some butterscotch, fruity hops, hops resin. Resinous astringent bitterness. Not a hop bomb, if anything the balance might even be tilting toward the malts. It felt kind of weird when someone gave me a High-Five in this Swedish bar in exchange for money, where I come from people give you a high-five in bars after you kick a midget.

Bottle Pours full orange-ish , rather small white head Smell is amarillo . Taste is very intense, hoppy, amarillo but doesnt drink like a single hop . got some dry, fruity aspects ( simcoe ????) Full mouthfeel, perfect carbo . Ending is rather weak . Good one . But with so many competition in IPA’s , its just not damn good enough to stand out

I had high hopes. I envisioned a slow-mo mantra of '80s classic vignettes with Emilio Esteves or C. Thomas Howell triumphantly celebrating pubescent milestones. Instead, I settled for a fist bump with a disingenuously involved neighbor. Beer is always worth celebration but high five may be over selling it. We will settle for a comfortable hand shake, wink and head nod. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

50 cl pour at a bar in Gothenburg, Sweden. Aroma was very floral, with great fruity hop notes. Flavor was perfectly bitter, with a good backside of malt as well. Probably the best IPA I’ve had in Europe, and overall a great beer!

Hazy medium amber body with a brown shade. A rather small, off-white head leaves some lacing on the glass. Quite strong aroma of tropical fruits, pine and caramel. Strong flavour of tropical fruits, grapefruit, lemon, pine and caramel. Light to moderate sweet initial taste, with a lovely crisp, citric, resinous, stinging, sharp, grassy, long-lasting, heavy bitter finish. Medium body, dry texture, moderate carbonation. A good one, even though the hop profile is a bit average and uninventive.

Light amber colour, half a finger of head. Cloudy. Fresh and hoppy aroma with notes of pine resin, mango, vanilla and lemon grass. Round and reasonably full-bodied palate. Some vegetal hints, good hops and a fatty maltiness. Finishes quite long with a pleasant bitterness.
