1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 abemorsten (1316) - Randaberg, NORWAY - JUL 3, 2011
Murky, deep amber with a white rim. Yeasty tobacco nose. Heavy sweet, yeasty, caramel, light bitter flavors. Medium to full body. Doughy texture. Sampler at CBF 2011-06-28. From bottle. Ignorant booth staff with no knowledge about sediments. May have affected the rating negatively compared to the beer’s full potential. May have been better had the brewer been there to keep the "idjit"’s in line.
