UPDATED: FEB 27, 2009 On-Tap at Bishops Arms, Gothenburg.
Red/brown color with off-white head. Smells of hops, citrus fruits, grass, yeast, light caramel. Hoppy taste with notes of citrus, flowers, toasted malt and nuts. Dry hoppy finish. Light body. It has a real ale feeling to it.

Bottled. Pale red, amber. Thick beige head. Citrusy aroma, soap and flower. Taste lemon, lime, grapefruit. Quite ok - but just a little bit boring. The taste is rather original, but not in an interesting way.

Smak och doft av humle, malt, karamell, torkad frukt. Smakrik och jämn, bra balans mellan sötma och beska.

So the Swedes do know how to make beer! Bitter, caramely and fruity. Expensive as hell, but still worth it.

Draft in Malmo. A cloudy amber beer with a big white head. American hops prevail in the aroma and the flavour, giving a nice bitteness, but the malt profile is good. A very drinkable beer.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle. Pours a hazy dark brown color. Aroma is sooo lightly hoppy, with only traces of grapefruit and pine from the American hops, I mostly get caramel malts. The flavor is kind of watery with light citrus notes and bitterness, but I mostly get some caramel malt and toffee notes. The body is light with a watery mouthfeel. Overall a huge disappointment from Dugges!

50cl bottle from Lørenskog brusshop. Best before december 2011. It poured a bronze orange colour with a small white head. A tiny bit of carbonation. Aroma is malty with notes of dark caramel, nuts and a bit of hops. Flavour is sweet and malty. Notes of nuts, dark caramel, some fruits and bread. Faint notes of hops. Easy to drink, but nothing special.
