Pours hazy amber with a rocky tan head. The aroma has bready/dooghiness with toasty malt and not much in the way of hops. Medium/full body with semi-sharp carbonation. The taste starts off with lots of sweetness and is quite malty with some fruitiness and some dough. The finish has some spiciness that could be from hops. This was a big disappointment. Don’t know if it was the importer or distributor, but this just arrived at the local shop a few days ago & with the way it’s drinking this is very far removed from fresh & has a very high price tag. Or maybe it’s just a double IPA that has little hops... doubtful.

Rather pungent odor of feet and apricots, not so good but strangely not so offensive. Clear auburn, thin cream colored head. Medium body. Peach and apricot with tastefully complimentary maraschino notes. Orange peel and lemon grass also present, particularly in the end. Alcohol hidden. Not so in your face as a lot of DIPAs. Very drinkable, which I personally prefer in a DIPA. Very good.

500, capped. Pours a murky burnished dark amber with a loose white head. Big tangy pineapple nose--not really dimensional or amazingly fresh smelling, but very pleasing in its mildness. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Caramel, pineapple, and a bit of toast on the mid palate. Mild sweet finish. This is one of those DIPAs that tastes good because there’s seemingly no way *not* to produce something halfway pleasing with an ingredient lineup like this. We’ve all had bad ones, but, despite being nothing out of the DIPA ordinary, this beer is a complete delight to drink.

500ml bottle in a shaker. Pours golden/amber with an off-white head. Aroma of floral and pine hops and a little caramel hops. Flavor really strong of floral hops. Average texture, a little thin for this style. A pretty good beer though.

Fruktig humledoft och ganska blommig. Smaken består av frukt, blommor och mycket tutti frutti som tyvärr gör den lite tvålig.

(500ml bottle) Pours a clear copper body with a small off-white head. Aroma of citrus, pine, herbs, nuts, caramel. Flavor of caramel, nuts, grapefruit, pine resin, and sugary.

Bottle, argo0 tasting. Golden orange brown that’s clearer. Bit dank and earthy hoppiness that comes through brightly in the aroma. Nice woodiness, almost cedar, for the hops and a good deal of malt balance but doesn’t take over. Medium body and bright carbonation. Solid enough.

Clear amber pour with a minimal off-white head leaving little lace. Nose is ripe fruit malt and a hint of pine hops. Medium body has candy, ripe fruit, booze and caramel. Somewhat sticky and syrupy, this is too sweet for an Imperial IPA. The hop profile is too reticent and simple. Likely better closer to the source.

Bitter caramel. There’s practically no delicacy in the hop flavor. It’s a dark amber/ruby beer with a small beige head. The aroma is boring, dull citrus/pine hops and fruity malt - raisins, caramel, toast. Taste has a fair bit of sugary sweetness but it quickly gets pointlessly bitter. I don’t mean to be too harsh on this beer, but it has a combination of factors that I don’t particularly care for in a DIPA: lots of crystal malt flavor, bland bitterness and a weak, uninteresting hop aroma. Mouthfeel is thick, a bit syrupy, and the lack of carbonation also makes things a bit watery in the finish.. Booze is apparent. Between this and the oddly bad 1/2 Idjit!, Dugges is 0/2 for me, so far.
