Ole_R (1304), Oslo, Norway Jul 15, 2008 Draught @ The Rover, Göteborg. Medium-sized tanned head with long duration. Clear, dark reddish brown colored body. Massive aroma of fresh and fruity hops up front. Grapefruit, lime and tropical. Then a scent of caramel and mild chocolate. Taste is full malty, deliciously sweet with an intense, fruity and resiny hopbitterness. Grapefruit, pine and berries. After a while some tones of chocolate and toasted dark malts develops, giving assosiations to a hoppy Stout... Full body and no traces of alcohol, only a light heat in the mouth. Texture is smooth. Long hopbitter finish. A punchy and extremely refreshing IIPA.

Reddish brown color with creamy tan head. Sweet, caramelly, berryish and hoppy aroma with lemony-flowery hops as well as grassy dry hops. Bittersweet, berrryish, caramelly and hoppy flavor with flowery, lemony and black curranty hops. Chewy and caramelly mouthfeel is detracting and masking the hops. yngwie (3602), Kristiansand, Norway Aug 7, 2008 On tap at The Rover, Gothenburg. It pours a nice, creamy beige head over a ruby to brown, clear body. Piney, sugary nose with chocolate and a heavy maltyness. Lots of citrusy and piney hops. Sweet, chocolate flavor with coffee, citrus and pine. Balanced bitterness. Fullbodied and a bit sticky. Well hidden alcohol. Sweetish, bitter finish. Really nice one, dangerously quaffable. (080710)
