Draft. A black beer with a thick brown head. The aroma has notes of malt, chocolate, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, milk chocolate, and roasted malt as well as a light note of oxidation, leading to a dry roasted finish, where the chocolate note lingers.

Draught@Monks cafe, Stockholm Apperance: Dark with a small beige head. Aroma: Chocolate, Roasted malt, bread. Flavor: Espresso, Citric notes, Chocolate, Licorice, Tar. Palate: Smooth with just enough carbonation to make this very drinkable. A very nice porter from Dugges that i’ll be happy to try again sometime!

(Draught at One Pint, Helsinki, on 2008-08-13) Black. Small tan head. Hops, coffee and roastedness in nose. Full-bodied and dryish palate. Roastedness, chocolate, fruitiness and coffee in taste. There was some annoying metallic flavour that disturbed me.
