Bottled. A dark brown beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a dry finsin

Flaske, 50 cl, tak Papsø. Rødbrun, næsten uden skum. Dufter ristet, mørkt brød, nogle mørke bær-noter. god balance mellem maltems sødme og humlens gran og harpiks agtige bitterhed.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a small, off-white head. Slightly greasy roast aroma. Medium body, heavy roast and some dark, dried fruit with a malty bitter finish. A Porter I’d say. 301014

50 cl bottle from Systembolaget in Sundbyberg. BB 2015-08-20, marked T276-1. Sampled on August 14, 2014.
Just about black color, Smallish to medium sized brown to dark brown head. Roasted, cocoa, milk chocolate, light acidity from black malt or simliar scent. Smooth, ash, light hoppy, fruity, roasted, grainy, bitter taste. Grainy, floral, then very roasted and mineral aftertaste. Rather smooth to the low side CO2 mouthfeel, medium bitterness that is not taking over but still feels rather dry and grainy. Dry, grainy, bitter, coffee, roasted finish. Nice, balanced, highly drinkable, sorry I didn’t try this sooner when I could’ve got more of it. Well done!

(Bottle). Aroma and taste of roasted malt, chocolate, hops and a hint of licorice. I especially like the abundant flavor of hops that suppresses the roasted / burnt notes in the taste. Once again an okay Schwarzbier from Dugges!

Aroma of dark chocolates with notes of citrus. Chocolates, coffee, and wood dominates the otherwise bready taste. Modest fruitiness in the finish, with notes of tar.
