Clear medium to dark amber color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, caramel, tea, nutty - orange, moderate hoppy, grapefruit, citrus - orange, pine needle. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, tea. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100327]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours a cloudy brown with an off-white head. Fat roasted nose, somewhat nutty. Medium body, roasted malts and nuts, some dark fruits and ashes. Dry and hoppy - yet fruity - finish. 270310

50 cL bottle, courtesy of joergen. Pours hazy dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is yeasty and roasted malt. Sweet malty, light spiced and yeasty phenolic flavoured. Dry and slight acidic. Bitter spiced and dark malty finish with a light hops bitterness coming through on tha back of the tongue.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is spices, sweet malts, some slight wooden notes. Flavour is grassy, fruits, some grains, and mild wooden notes. Quite nice brown ale.

Draught at the brewery. Hazy chocolate brown, creamy head. Minty grapefruit aroma. Sweet with dense well rounded mouthfeel and medium-full body. Some citrus, caramel and bubblegum. Marked salty bitterness. A warming solid, hoppy ale.

Clear orange red coloured with a medium sized beige head.
Fruity aroma of caramel, dark chocolate, hops and pine needles.
Fruity flavour of caramel, hops and grape fruits with notes of pine needles.
Hoppy finish.

Hazy mahogany with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, dark chocolate and hoppy notes. Flavour had hard roasted malt, dark chocolate and coffee notes. Plenty of hops finished it off.

Brown color, small off-white head. Chocolate, Jägermeister, toffee in the aroma. Medium-bodied. Cocoa, caramel, some grassy hoppyness, alcohol in the flavor. Also some herb liquer. Quite Eastery beer.
