COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Very dark with a small head. Aroma of toasted malts and coffee. This also in taste plus chocolate. Very soft taste even though served with too much carbon dioxide.

Draught, at The Rover. Black with white head, almost diminishing, virtually no lacings. Aroma moderate malty (burnt, dark chocolate, licorice) and hoppy. Flavor moderate sweet and bitter, average duration. Light to moderate body, watery, flat carbonation. To sweet.

Sampled at the brewery. Light, transparent brown. Lightest possible in the range of the EBC scale. Malty, chocolatey nose, very nice. Mouthfeel is very light. Flavour is rich chocolatey with notes of phenols. Not caramel neither hops were sensed. Still I found this quite enjoyable. A bit on the thin side though, for my taste. The average drinker will probably enjoy it. This is another beer in the Gothenburg series, attempting to trap drinkers of International lager.

Mahogany colour. Thick beige wonderful head. Aroma from dark chocolate. Malty, sweet flavour with some fruity hints. Somewhat bitter palate.
