500 ml bottle courtesy of Roland. Consumed on December 27. Pours deep brown with hints of amber. Head is small and short-lived and doesn’t leave any trace on the glass after dissipating. Smell is malty sweet with roasted malts, cocoa, cloves and some ginger. Taste is dry and bitter with bitter chocolate, some coffee and roasted malts. Finish is dry, slightly bitter and slightly acidic. Quite nice for a low alcohol version.
