Clear golden with a dense off-white head. Fresh and citrusy aroma. Thin and watery with light nutty accents but otherwise completely dominated by fresh aroma hops. 210309 MiP (8792), Sønderborg, Denmark Apr 1, 2009 Bottle, 2.8%. Good caramelly hop aroma. Clear light amber colour. Big stable tan head. High carbonation. The flavour has a good caramelly hoppiness. The low ABV is obvious in the finish, which is slightly thin and with a sort of rough hop bitterness. But a good beer considering the ABV. yespr (11613), Copenhagen O, Denmark Mar 21, 2009 50 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy orange with a small white head. Mild peachy and grapefruity aroma. Light bodied. Dry and grapefruity flavoured with a distinct bitterness coming through. Dry hoppy finish. KnutAlbert (3101), Oslo, Norway Oct 16, 2008 0,5 l bottle, kindly shared by Ole-R.
Pale gold, lovely hoppy aroma. Refreshing, light. Soft fruit, apricot, lingering quinine bitterness. larsga (2937), Oslo, Norway Oct 8, 2008 Big offwhite head. Orange body. Big hoppy grapefruit and mango aroma with malty notes. Intense bitter grapefruity taste with watery wooden notes. Hollow-bodied. Absolutely no sweetness whatsoever. Bitter wooden aftertaste. Cool. An interesting beer. (0.5l bottle shared by Ole R.) ekstedt (2410), Göteborg, Sweden Sep 21, 2008 Bottle (50 cl) from ICA Lyan, Mölndal, Sweden. Hazy amber, medium off-white head. Hop-driven aroma with citrus, pine needles, and some apricot. Thin with medium carbonation. Wonderful bitterness that carries this low alco bitter. Good thirst quencher. yngwie (4880), Kristiansand, Norway Aug 27, 2008 Bottle. A slightly hazy, golden beer with a thick denseoff-white head. Citrusy, piney hops in the aroma, quite low on malty scents, but they are present. The flavor has a malty background, but citrusy, piney and resiny hops do most of the work. Medium body and a slightly grainy finish with lots of floral hops. A really beautiful low alcohol bitter. And a beautiful companion when lawn mowing and needing to drive a car later on. (080731)
