Draught at Ölstugan Tullen, Göteborg. Cloudy dark charneol colour with creamy head. Rubber up front in aroma, followed by banana esters and tinny phenols. Hops add to richer fruitiness. Tin and rubber dominate the flavour along with light clean hoppiness and clean mouthfeel with notes of fruit compote. Body is light to medium. Low bitterness. Really balanced beer.

Draught @ öslugan Tullen, Götheborg. Orangée brumeuse; blanche. Arôme de citra, amarillo/cascade rappelant une sorte d’hybride entre une hefe et IPA, petite note épicée de girofle, ester et phénols. En bouche, qcq esters et houblon américains, levure allemande rappelant un peu de banane mais qui reste en retrait par rapport au profile du houblon américain qui est amplifié par son côté citron/agrumes.

On tap at Bishop’s Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm, August 2011. Hazy dark golden with a small white head. Aroma of lemon, yeast, spices and some banana. The taste was refreshing and medium sweet. More hops than in your normal Hefeweizen, a pleasant beer.

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm) Hazy amber colour with frothy, beige head. Fruity, citric nose with lemon, orange and a slightly tart wheat character. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, orange peel, apricots and fresh hops in the finish. Slightly tart. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Refreshing and nice.

Draught (Bishops Arms, Vasagatan, Stockholm) - Hazy golden with a small white head. Fruity and yeasty aroma with hints of banana and spice. Tangy, wheaty and slightly sweet taste with banana cake, meringue and malt detected.

Draught at Bishop’ Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm. Cloudy deep golden, coarse head. Hoppy mango with some phenolic banana seeping through. Medium bodied with some malt sweetness and rounded moiuthfeel. Lots of hops, that together with the yeast induced banana flavours creates an interesting tropical fruit salad flavour. Tasty hopweizen!

Tap @ Ölstugan Tullen. Pours cloudy copper whith a small off white head leaving lace. Aroma is citric, fruitu, hoppy, wheat, sweetish and acidy. Flavor is fresh, crispy, fruity and hoppy. Finishes yeasty fruity and bitter. Too bitter and too little yeasty for a Weiss to my taste.

Cloudy orange to brown color, smallish white head. Very hoppy fresh scent. Sweet hoppy taste. Medium to moussy mouthfeel, medium low bitterness.
Not close to a classic German Hefeweizen at all, more of a laid back slightly sweet APA, but very fresh, highly drinkable and nice!

Cloudy orange color, white head. Citrus, hoppy, fruity scent. Malty and fruity, hoppy taste, some spices, fresh. Apricots aftertaste. Moussy mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.

UPDATED: JUL 10, 2011 Draught at Ölstugan Tullen, Göteborg. Hazy yellow beer, nice white head. Fruit and perfume aroma, citrus and floral notes. Floral flavor, citrus, elder, hops, grass, some orange notes. Refreshing beer.

Draught at Ölstugan Tullen, Göteborg, Sweden. Hazy golden, medium white head. Fruity and wheaty malt aroma with some herbal hops, not much ester or phenolic character. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation. Dry and refreshing with low bitterness.
