COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
En mycket mild "Belgian Pale Ale". Här hittar vi en palett av frukt, blommor och nötter tillsammans med de typiska belgiska jästestrarna. Wallonia är bitterhumlad med Pioneer och har Styrian Golding i aromen.

Draught at Delirium Café, Göteborg. Cloudy peach-coloured with a cloying and lacing offwhite head. Fruity aroma with hint of apples. Some sour notes. Complex fruity flavours throughout, interesting oaky vanilla twist towards the finish. Lactic notes give considerable depth. Light-bodied, but not watery. Good carbonation. A great saison from Sweden.

(Draught at Delirium Café, Gothenburg, 6 July) Colour is amber, slightly hazy, with a big, frothy, but quickly disappearing, head. Nose is malty and nutty with hints of butter-scotch and chocolate. Taste is malty, nutty with notes of dried fruit and toffee. Hints of yeast as well. Nice, well balanced finish with just enough sweetness and hops. To be honest it’s not very Belgian, but it is a very nice brew.

[Draught @ Delirium Cafe, Gothenburg] Hazy amber colour, thick head. Sourish lambic-ish aroma. Fruity and sourish flavour. Very refreshing and quenching.

330 ml draught, Delirium Café, Gothenburg. Dark deep golden and with a small haze. Small off-white head. Cherry and sherry aromas. A little sourness. Medium-bodied and somewhat thin finish. Low bitterness. Decent, but lacks character and body.

UPDATED: JUN 30, 2008 Tank at the brewery. Clear, golden, with a large, dense off-white head. Spices, wheat, yeast and fruits in the aroma. Fruity and yeasty flavor with spices, wheat and medicine-notes. Medium body and a nice bitterness in the finish. The beer serves well cold, and feels refreshing. No wheat or spices are used in the brewing of the beer. Strange. (060825)

Smells excitingly like Cantillon from a distance. Obviously doesn’t taste like it, but pretty good compromise as an interesting beer that you could drink all night.

(Sampled at the brewery) Golden coloured, thick, creamy white head. Fruity, hoppy aroma with clear belgian yeast notes. Acidic in flavour with some spicy notes. Quite refreshing. Not much bitterness, but Hey! It´s Belgian!

Amber/orange, small head. Fruity and malty with some hops. Sourish notes and the hops grow stronger in the finish.

(On tap) Clear amber with a handsome and frothy off-white head. Fresh and floral nose. Medium body, lightly sweet with fresh, floral and lightly citrusy notes. Very light, fresh and quaffable, but I don’t really find it that Belgian in style. 250806
