750 ml bottle, corked and caged, into a tulip glass. ABV 7.5% Very dark caramel brown colour, with red ruby notes on the body. On top a tall and thick head, beige in colour, with very good retention and light lacing left behind it. Aroma of malts, caramel, red grapes, sugar. Good taste, lightly roasted malts, fruity, leaves a nice bitter aftertaste with long duration. Medium thickness on the body, good carbonation, smooth on the palate. Overall a tasty beer.

Bottle Medium sized, beige tan foamy head, disappears with regular speed. Cloudy brown to ruby colored beer. Aromas of sweets prunes, raisin, barley malts, light toast/roast. Flavours of raisin, iron, sweets, chalk, bitters, malts, toast. Aftertaste is pruney, malty, some toast, spices and sweets. Low carbo, soft creamy close to silky mouthfeel, medium body and a creamy sticky texture.

A clear dark brown colored beer with a tick foamy beige head. The arom of caramel, with fruits and some hop. The taste of sweet red fruits, some caramel, a little bitter hop. The aftertaste is sweet with some bitter.

Bottle. Brown color, medium brown head. Aroma is quite malty, caramel, raisin (special B?), dark fruit, slight burned malts. Bit dry and bitter in taste, quite malty, again a bit burned. Soft estery yeast, but not that outspoken. The beer is mostly malt based, probably centered around copious amounts of special B. It lacks a bit depth and balance though. Maybe, upon aging it can improve to even more raisin and madeira notes.

(draught) pours a slightly hazy ruby colour with a creamy beige head. aroma of honey melon, caramel, light bubble gum and peppermint, slightly earthy. flavour is popcorn, dark fruit and dandelions, slightly phenolic and yeasty, with a heavy herbal-hoppy bitter finish. heavy-bodied with average carbonation.

Clear brown with a red glow. Tan head. Aroma and taste of black fruit, inferior fruit, some malt, hints of vanilla, wood and bourbon. Medium body and rather high carbo.

Poured medium brown with a thin tan head. Aroma of roast malt, dark chocolate and berry fruit. Medium body, flavour as per aroma with a bitter/sweet end.

Bottle, caged and corked. Pours a dark brown colored beer with a small tanned head. Yeasty aroma with tones of licorice and laurel. Flavor is quite sweet with spicey notes. Very nice surprise. Nice in balance, faint touches of alcohol. Very nice.
