COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottled @ home, from de Bierkoning. Dark color, short creamy brown head. Aroma of chocolat, hint of blackcurrant, slight lactic like a milk stout. Bit bitter taste, slight sweet, strength mostly comes from the alcohol, which is supposed to be ’warming’. I’d call it burning rather. Creamy texture, but it lacks body. Really a pumped up version of their stout, just with some more alcohol, which really doesnt do the beer any good.

At Pint WBF ´12. The aroma has roast, coffee, some chocolate. Black coloured beer with a bit beige head. The taste is light sweet, light bitter, has pleasant roasty tones, nice coffee and some liquorice. Quite clean in taste and mouthfeel. Good job!
