COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

33cl bottle @ home. Pours black with a medium brownish head. Aroma toast, dark fruits in the nose, rosted malt, dark chocolate, coffee, wafer flavor, nothing is very strong but very good balance. Alcohol is very well covered, but goes quickly into my head. Taste very slight sweetness, medium to heavy bitterness, slight salty notes. Full body, average carbonation, fine, moderated bitter finish. This is not an extreme burnt bitter stout, but very delicius dessert kind.

20 cl. draft @ Kerstbierfestival 2011: A: clear, extremely dark brown going to black with no head – S: coffee, sweet dark malts, smell is overall rather light – T: wonderful sweet coffee, plenty of ice coffee, molasses, brown sugar, slight liqueur cherries, touch alcoholic dark fruits in the aftertaste – B: still rather light for what it is but also slightly syrupy, medium carbonation – very nice stuff

A very complete and balanced stout. Full creamy body with roasted malts, dark chocolate, red fruit, toffee and a hint of vanilla. Very subtle balanced with a mild bitter that lingers a little after the medium dry finish. Very good.

Black, medium carbonation. Starts bittersweet, tastes like coffee, chocolate. Bitter and dry aftertaste. Good quality!
