(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of MiP. Clear, pilsener golden with a small, white head. Fresh, somewhat floral hop aroma. Medium body, sweetish malt with a distinct and lightly flowery bitterness. Decent alright. 230807

Draught at the brauhaus
Blond color; generous head. Light malt aroma. Dry malt flavor, light crispness; very strong bitterness, maybe lightly biscuity, but without much hop quality. Pleasant, but not exceptional.

Kurzer herber Antrunk, direkt setzten vielschichtige Hopfenaromen ein,d ie das Bier von nun an im Griff halten. Dazu kommt eine starke unterstützende Malznote, die aber erst im Abgang mit typischen Aromen vorprescht. Übermäßig vollmundig, stark hopfig. Dieser umfasst leiche Honignoten, einen deutlichen Gerstenton und dezente, zum Ende offenkundige bittere und blumige Noten. Spitze! 9/13/10/12//12

Very good white head over metallic golden beer; shards of lace left behind. Dry-malty nose, summergrain, chaff, honey or nectar. Actually very nice. Much duller honeyish flavour, malty, but a little hop-sent dryness comes to relief. Still, unspectacular is putting it mildly. Light to medium bodied, quite slick. Durchsnittliches Pilsner , so to say. One to thank Jan for, apparently, great!

Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, toffee notes, light to moderate hoppy, fruity, light citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic. [20091107]

Bottle, 4.9%. Apparently 12 years past BB date. Clear yellow colour. Medium, stable chalky-white head. The flavour is quite clean with uncompromising bitterness. Does not taste that old, wrong BB date on the label?

Bottle, bought at the brewery. Pale blonde color. Hoppy, flowery, malty aroma and flavor with some boiled milk. Flowery hopbitter aftertaste. Good small brewery pilsener, medium bodied and with a pleasant nutty and herbal mouthfeel.
