This delicately greenish lager tastes and smells of dried nettle leaves.

Keg at the Brewpub in Prague Day 4 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 2/10/14. Bright greeny / orange coloured pour with a fleeting off white head. Aroma is peppery, veg, hop matter. Flavour is composed of grainy malts, black pepper, veg, straw. Harsh bitter at the back of the throat. Palate is moderate body, prickly moderate carbonation. Bad idea poorly executed.

Tap at the Pivovarský Dům. Green colored body with white to green high head. Aroma of hop, malt, herbs, nettle tea, spinach, yeast. Taste is hoppy, malty, yeasty, with tones of nettle tea and other herbal tones. Medium malty sweetness at the first, hoppy bitterness on the end. Medium body and carbonation.
Little disappointing – I expected something odd, and this is only good lager with unusual color :-)

Draught at the brewpub. Little cloudy, light green colored beer. Pleasant aroma is sweet malty, some floral hops and vegetal tones. Flavor is malty sweet at first, with interesting floral tones, finish is bitter. I can’t recognize nettles, only floral and vegetal tones, in good balance with main beer and it’s not bad.
Interesting one.

pale green, slightly hazy vegetal aroma, perhaps some vegetal weediness in taste but may just be colour suggestion.

Draft. A green beer with a thin white head. The aroma is very light with notes of nettles. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt as well as hints of nettles, leading to a dry finish. Boring.

Yeah, I figured this would be a controversial one. Aroma of malt, nettles, vegetables, pine trees. Flavour is similar with more nettle, trees and a decent bitterness in the aftertaste. Interesting experiment, like drinking a Christmas tree!

While I do appreciate the experiment and I found the green color original, the beer is quite filthy. Nasty taste of grass, with an unpleasent sourness.

Kita (1368) - Koper, SLOVENIA - MAY 12, 2014
Draught at the brewpub. Hazy green color with average creamy white head and soft visible carbonation. Aroma is grassy, herbal and grainy. Taste starts with light sweet grainy malt, following is fresh grassy and herbal with mild spicy mouthfeel and light bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture and soft carbonation in palate. Looks like a fairy-tale magic potion :)

100ml on tap. Aroma is mint? Nettle? Appearance is light cloudy green with a small head. Taste is sweet-ish and light sour. A bit strange but drinkable.
