Tap @ Brewpub. Bright, citric look with white small fizzy head. Full of esters, banana and neat wheat character. Smooth lightly tart character with smooth silky finish. Refreshing and drinkable. Highly recommended.

UPDATED: DEC 17, 2007 Draught at Pivovarsky Dum. Really milky and solid beige color is a little odd. Tart banana aroma is very nice and typical of the style. The flavor is sweet and creamy. The mouthfeel is amazing; smooth, creamy, and thick. Something about this hef just worked for me. Very nice.

Tap @ Pivovarský Dum, Prague.
Thankfully with the lemon on the side of the glass!
Pours hazy pale yellow-golden with a small, creamy white head that disappears rather quickly. Aroma is sweet, light green apples and lots of overripe banana. Fine, lightly creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is pleasantly fruity, banana and apple again with some graininess and a firm, crisp hops finish. Nice.

Draught. Fresh acidic aroma (perhaps from the lemon slice on the glass). Looks like many other wheat beers, this one reddish and with a creamy head. Low carbonation for a wheat beer, but nice, fresh, fruity, acidic flavour. Surprisingly nice bitter aftertaste.

Tap@Pivovarsky Dum. To me this tasted lke an authentic German wheat. Yeasty banana and clove flavours, that you would find in any German wheat. Nicely tart acidity, gives the flavour a bit of an edge. Dry finish, soft mouthfeel, really nice.

pretty hazy. lemon rind aroma, probably because a lemon rind was shoved in the beer. soft and pleasant body, quite wheaty with some banana flavour coming through, wheat flavour becomes tart, nice stuff

Draught, Pivovarsky Dum. Authentic tasty hefeweizen with silk, pepper, wood and lemony citrus (slice). Cereal bowl milky/mealy aftertaste. The esteriness and body are there. Didn’t expect to, but really enjoyed this. Never judge a wheat beer by the lemon slice it’s served with..

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2005 On tap at Pivovarsky Dum. Cloudy yellow with fine frothy head. Smells great, with lots of banana and citrus aided by a lemon slice on the glass. Tastes like a smooth weizen with plenty of fruit.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow with a tall white head. Very nice wheat beer aroma with a light blend of clove and banana, but not banana like their other beer. Light and crisp on the palate with a bit of yeastiness in the finish.
