3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
750ml bottle (Kukko?, Tallinn)
Beautifully appley aroma, classic french style. Super dry palate, slight woodiness. Apple and appleskins everywhere. Bold gold, slightly effervescent. Crisp palate. Refreshing.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
There is a dry, slightly puckering taste of red apple skins and the slight impression of sweetness given by the fruity apple character. This superb dry-fruity balance is what sets this cider apart for me and what I noticed most about it.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
750ml bottle. Pours a clear mid-gold, with a quite large head for a cider; this dissipates quickly, however. Sweet apple mingles with toasty oak on the nose. Crisp, juicy apple to begin, with some biscuity undertones, moving into a nice full body with a nice sweet-tart balance in the finish. A nice example of the Normandy cider style, well worth looking into if the chance presents itself.
