Brewed with 3
different malts including a small amount of wheat malt. Plenty of hop
additions were added, and beer was dry hopped during conditioning. A
refreshingly dry bitter beer with a hint of sourness from the wheat malt,
finishing with a fruity hop aroma, and flavour.

Not a bitter but excuse the lack of appropriate category. Described by brewer as a ’New World Lager’ . Anyway, poured a nice mid copper brown by Charles @ Uni Staff Club - A fresh slightly herbal aroma with hints of cereal / farmyardness about it. Nice full malty mouthfeel with good balanced hop bitterness. A touch metallic which not detracting from the glass may prove a bit much after the 2nd or 3rd.
