COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A European style rich golden lager. Four malt varieties and two types of hops are crafted together to make this full bodied "hoppy" beer.

Golden, clear beer with tall white head, reasonably stable. Faint hoppy nose, some pilsener malt; grassy hops, Czech or Southern German-like. Quite bitter Pilsener, in taste more Northern German than Czech, quite dry. Grainy taste retronasal, bit toasted. Faint burning sensation, rather light bodied, quite dry. That’s a good Pilsener, beats several German or Czech hands down. My bottle claims only 4.2% ABV

Was at Plan B, Øl baren and JL & MK´s plase this night, can´t remember where I had thise one, but it was ok. Golden color and a malty aroma and light bitter taste in a medium body with a bitter dry finish.

Golden color with a white head. The taste is a sweet light malty base with a slight hoppy bitterness. Very light earthy notes on the palate.

UPDATED: MAR 4, 2011 A golden beer with a disappearing head. The aroma is malty and quite light. The flavor is a little sour but also malty and with notes of straw and a hint of wheat.

21 June 2004 - Slight fruit hop aroma. Golden clear, low retention and low lacing. Bitter hop flavour with hint of sweetness. Medium fizz, a bit light, clinging roof of the mouth hop finish that lingers.

The initial pale yellow colour and thin head don't bode well. There is a nice hint of flowery hop aroma, something like a Kiwi clone of the Hersbrucker or Tettnang. In fruitspeak this is peachy and slightly citrus. The taste is then a bit of a pilsner hit with a fair smack of a dry bitter hop and finishing quite quickly on the back palate. This detracts somewhat from the initial pleasant mouthfeel and balance of the beer. Goos on them for doing a pils, and an organic one that is adjunct free, but for the $7.50 a 500ml bottle I expected more.

Medium hazy honey blonde with small short lasting pale yellow head. Mild stale hops and faint fruity nectar aroma. Medium thin body. Medium bitter with hint of tropical fruit (passionfruit?) which becomes a bit stronger towards the finish before a short mild bitter aftertaste. Certainly a lot more interesting that the Redhead.
