UPDATED: JUL 14, 2013 Bottle. Pours clear amber with creamy, off-white head. Aroma is cereal and biscuit malts, light caramel, and some grassy and earthy hops. Flavor is dry malts, light toast, and slightly astringent hop bitterness; dry finish. Medium body and low carbonation.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Picked up a mixer pack for marinating ribs and kept a bottle of each to try. Light copper with an off white head. Muted and old hops that are overwhelmed by a somewhat stale caramel malt aroma. Moderate carbonation, mild body, not too crisp or clean of a finish and leaves an unpleasant taste in your mouth.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Part of their 2013 spring/summer Variety 12-pack purchased in Syracuse, NY. Pours a clean deep amber colour with a frothy, off-white head, good retention and soapy lace. Starts off on mild fresh grassy hops, but eventually alcohol comes out to warm up the nose, with some caramel malts. Wet mouthfeel with a little dryness in the finish, from the hop. Again, mildly hoppy giving a little bitterness. Notes of roasted malts, nuts and grapefruits. This is a decent IPA for those who like the fresh hop aromas and flavours, but on a milder level.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle. Dominant hop aroma with some citrus. Pours clear amber with thin white head that clings to the glass. Hoppy to start but not overpowering. Finishes dry with a bit of bitterness. Ok IPA, just far from the best.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Nice and hoppy up front without a strong aftertaste. Very light nose, does not add to the taste. Easy to drink, but won’t turn any heads.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Nice appearance, medium copper colour with good clarity and lacey head. Mild malty biscuit and caramel aroma. Nice carbonation, fairly thin body. Taste is balanced, somewhat towards the bitter side. Given this was an IPA, there was not that much hop character aside from a little bitterness on the tongue.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12oz bottle, from the close-out shelf at Party Source. Shared with friends over a game of Catan. Clear golden color. Thin white head. Couple loose dots of lace. Metallic, light biscuity malt flavor overall. Just a hint of hop. Kind of a boring, bland, watery flavor, over all. Kind of sweet taste, lighter bitter, some light bite. Medium body. Light carbonation. More dry finish. Lightly creamy, viscous body. An alright mildly hoppy ale overall, but not a good IPA.
