COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our India Pale Ale is brewed with an aggressive hop profile derived from Amarillo and Simcoe hops. A blend of Crystal malts creates the backbone which supports the hop character without diminishing it.

355mL bottle BB Jan 14 Becoming a rather easy to find import in supermarket bottleshops over here. Mid-gold amber body, good clarity, hops a small but tight white head. Good hop aroma; grapefruit, passionfruit and guava, Some spice and background of golden syrup & caramel malts. Much leaner than expected; still some slickness but certainly not indicative of the abv. Moderate carbonation. Flavour not as intense as aroma suggests. A nice hop fruitiness is somewhat short-lived on the palate. Malt backbone persists with toasted caramels. Bitterness moderately high, somewhat restrained compared to many others from the US. Nice hop character and maltiness, though I feel it’s just a bit understated altogether.

Pours a medium amber color with a thin white head. The flavor was a grassy, caramel, slightly sweet. This doesn’t have the bitter hops bite of an IPA, but it was good.

Absolutely disgusting. I love IPA s. This does not taste like hop bittering. Tastes like they brewed it with a overdose of saccharin. Eck!

Cloudy with a chance of copper. Honey and fruity, maybe citrus in the aroma. Slight floral hop, moderately bitter, citrus taste.

Bottle. Pours a clear darker amber color with a moderate white head on it. Nose is somewhat hoppy and bitter, but it does smell like the beer is a bit old, as the hops have lost their character. Taste is a little bitter, but with a sweet finish, telling me this is definitely old. Oh well.

From a bottle. Pours clear amber with a creamy off white head. Tastes dry, malty, toasty, and slightly bitter. Smells like cereal, biscuit, caramel, grass, and hops. Medium body and low carbonation.

Pours a clear, rich amber hue with average white head. Leaves wonderful lacing. Aroma is muted all the way; grapefruit, caramel, pine, Almond. Taste is better with sweet crystal malts leading up to a pine and grapefruit hop bit. The finish and extra thin body are the downfall of this one. The aftertaste is very astringent and acidic and lingers. It’s decent until you swallow.

Bottle. Light amber with a medium off-white head. Aroma is very malty, honey, with just some hops. Taste is medium-heavy sweet, mild-medium bitter, with a strange aftertaste. Not good.

Decent enough, pours well with a nice amber colour.Nice aroma but lacking the hoppy kick I was expecting.quite drinkable and at 6.3 % it’s nearly there...
