Our India Pale Ale is brewed with an aggressive hop profile derived from Amarillo and Simcoe hops. A blend of Crystal malts creates the backbone which supports the hop character without diminishing it.

Clear orange with a fair amount of visual carbonation. The head quickly dissolves though. Nice of aroma of citrus. Excellent malt hop balance without over doing the hops. Appears to be more of an original English IPA. Not the new American hop bomb versions that are in over abundance today. Finishes dry with a lingering hop taste. Not bad at all.

bottle, picked up at dan murphy’s on the central coast somewhere. out of all the american ipa’s to import, not quite sure why they imported crotchester’s finest. anyways, amber, kinda cloying and nutty, weird syrup character, medium bitterness, slightly vomitous

12oz bottle from Krampus via BoostIPA, pours a orange/copper with a thin white head. Aroma of rotten oranges and a spicy caramel malt. Palate is all around thin, mashed up flavors on the front and fading thinly to the finish where you get a hit of alcohol. Unbalanced and not very good.

light amber color; citrusy hop aroma; citrusy hop flavor on a fairly light malt background with some caramel note

Pretty average IPA, lacking a good hop definition for its ABV. Needs a bit more balance.

Not getting much on the nose. No lacing makes for an ugly beer. Taste is overly sweet with little body. Kinda like cordial. No thanks.

Bottle @ home, picked up at Wilbur’s Fort Collins. Pours a somewhat hazy, peachy orange appearance with a tan head. Stinky feet, earthy, bready, a touch citrusy aroma that is not pleasant. Caramel, toasted malty, bitter herbal hoppy, light grapefruity, nasty flavor. Not good.

Pours almost clear amber. Smell is mostly sweet caramel malts and some muddy citrus hops. Taste confirms the smell of mostly caramel malts with some lemon and orange hints. Ok at best.
