3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Copper colored pour. Aroma and flavor was mostly of hops but probably could have done with a bit more to bring out the intensity I have come to expect from an IPA.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: Bottom line up front: pleasantly surprised. Poured a nice medium copper tone and a head that’s initially over the top, but settles rapidly. Nicely active. Moderate caramel nose with a hint of citric hop. Nice malt foundation here, with a toasty caramel essence and a pleasant little hoppy pull. Not the hoppiest AIPA you’ll ever have, but this holds it own stylisticly, well done High Falls.(#3065, 8/27/2007)

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Ok so this is where they put the Amarillo hops. A medium dark caramel color. A small thick, initially uneven bubbles, in head. Still the aroma comes out uneven and forced. The taste, while not bad, lacks balance of the hops and malts. Body is very weak and watery. Cardboard aftertaste.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Smells of citrus hops. Pours a clear copper. Taste is just the right amount of bitter. A very nice IPA.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Dark straw pour with 1-finger off-white head and decent lacing. The aroma is caramel malt, hops, citrus, and some tangerine and mango notes. Medium heft with caramel malt flavor coupling well with the hop and tropical fruit element, with some finishing spicy peppery notes. This one is decent.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Amberish gold pour with lasting offwhite head. Big citrusy hop smell with some sweetness coming through after it warms a bit. Taste is big tart citrusy hops with high carbonation, and medium bitterness. Short lived mild bitter hop finish. Very light sweetness also present in the far back. Overall a pretty good IPA and better than I expected.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours an orangish-amber wih an off-white head that diminishes quickly. Aroma is sweet malt and citrus. Taste is sweet malt and bread dough along with well balanced notes of grapefruit, grassiness, and hop bitterness. I point out the balance only because the other Dundees I’ve tried don’t seem to be so. This is a very good effort.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz bottle as part of their multi 12-pack. Translucent copper body with virtually no head. Grapefruit and pith dominate the aroma. Caramel malt mixes rather equally with grapefruity pithy flavors. Medium in body. Relatively drinkable. A decent attempt at the style, but not their best beer, nor the best IPA out there.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Red and gold in hue, little to no head. Smells lightly and sweetly of hops. A bitter hoppy taste that swallows nicely.
