Commercial Description:
Our India Pale Ale is brewed with an aggressive hop profile derived from Amarillo and Simcoe hops. A blend of Crystal malts creates the backbone which supports the hop character without diminishing it.

Sharde with French Tickler. Lear orange appearance with an off white bubbly head. Aroma: light skungky aroma, orange zest, soft pine, and caramel. Flavor: hops, light peppery taste, orange peal and salt. Palate: light medium body, creamy, oily and a hoppy peppery finish.

Bottle thanks to HogTownHarry. Appearance: Dark copper with a medium white head. Aroma: Toffee, a little citrus, a good deal of malt, hops are negligible, barely detectable. A little pepper too. Flavour: Cotton candy malt, sugar, a little orange peel, alcohol seems to be noticeable however it’s only 6.3%. Has a somewhat perfume-malt finish.

Light Amber in color. Thin, bubbly head that disappeared after a few minutes. Little in the way of aroma. Taste is a little bit of grassy hops. Watery.

Nothing wild and wonderful here. Amber pour, soft head, bland malt aroma. Hop presence is tasted but there is not nearly enough to say BAM!

Amber pour with slight offwhite head. Aroma is slight citrus hop and some light sweet toffee malt. The flavor is old sad citrus hop which is overpowered by some sweet malting. A little blah but not undrinkable

Amber pour, very small head. Aroma holds floral, pine, and citrus hops, with notes of grapefruit and a bit of caramel malt. Flavor is much of the same, though with some more citrus, particularly orange and lemon. Palate is fairly thin, but acceptable for a cheaper brew. Not bad.

Light, golden copper color. Some good lacing. Sort of wet, cat hops. Bitter but it bites my tongue. Ouch! Not much in the way of flavor. Yes, bitter. Yes, wet. Nothing. Grapefruit. Ah! No. It’s in a glass.
