COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
For thousands of years, fall has been a time of plenty ~ plenty of food and plenty of good brew, carefully crafted in anticipation of one heck of a party. If summer is exercise, bikini diets, and baking in the sun; fall is recliner Sundays, cheese in a can, and basking in the glow of a robust, flavorful brew like Dundee Oktoberfest. So in the fall, be full-bodied. After all, as much as we love bikinis, there is a lot to be said for cheerleader sweaters. 15°

Bottle. Copper with a big fluffy off white head that dissipated to what looked like a clumpy scum. Aroma was toasted malt, squash, and a little spice. Sweet caramel flavor, nutty with a little fruit and spice, and a dry finish. Medium bodied, slightly carbonated, and slightly tannic mouth feel.

Cybercat (1737) - Georgia, USA - OCT 26, 2010
Aroma is crisp and malty with a subtle tone of spice, not strong but still inviting. It pours a nice clear coppery amber with a decent pale tan head. Flavor is malty with hints of spice and - could that be pumpkin? Texture is smooth, a little tingly, a bit on the thin side but still acceptable.

Pours a clear copper color with a thin white head. Aroma of caramel malts and earth. Flavor is very sweet caramel malts with a slighty bitter finish.

Bottle from BevMo. Aroma is fairly sweet. A little maltiness seems to be present. Smooth and moderately malty flavors. Somewhat toasty as well. A touch watered down. A touch of bitter graininess finished the beer off. Not the most flavorful okto out there, but still a decent example.

12 oz bottle. Pours dark amber with practically no head. Aroma is fruit and caramel malt. Flavors are similar. Medium, crisp body. So, so Octoberfest, if not for high carbonation it would be cloying.

10/2/10. 12oz bottle. Blech! This is a complete grainy diacetyl disaster. Skip it.

Pours a good brownish copper color. Nice thick head. Clean toasty malt flavor and aroma mixed in with some basement kind of flavor and aroma. Overall, I’ve had better...
