COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
For thousands of years, fall has been a time of plenty ~ plenty of food and plenty of good brew, carefully crafted in anticipation of one heck of a party. If summer is exercise, bikini diets, and baking in the sun; fall is recliner Sundays, cheese in a can, and basking in the glow of a robust, flavorful brew like Dundee Oktoberfest. So in the fall, be full-bodied. After all, as much as we love bikinis, there is a lot to be said for cheerleader sweaters. 15°

One of the better Oktoberfests. Rich caramel flavor that is perfect for a cool autumn night. Amber/copper color and a sweet aroma with a farily clean finish.

I really liked this beer.... It’s dark orange. Clear and glassy. Two thick fingers of head. Lots of big carbonation. Initial musty burst in the aroma. After re-agitating, earthy but sweet molasses malts. Very heavy and sweet butterscotch in the nose. The taste is sweet and sugary malts. Caramel and molasses. The yeast brings some very heavy butterscotch notes. The malts get somewhat bitter and sit on the tongue. Very good. Feels dry but also milky. Full-bodied, like the label says. It’s a big, milky autumnal beer. Terrific.

Pours a three-finger cream head that fades slowly leaving traces of lace. Crystal clear amber color. Good carbonation and medium bodied. Caramel nose. Flavor is caramel with the hops in the background - almost but not too sweet. $1.20 for a 12oz bottle from Tully’s Beer & Wine Wells, Me.

Easy pour that is beautiful dark amber with a thin head a no lacing. Lovely malt and smooth across the tongue. Very nice, another tasty brew from the Dundee label!

This was the first time I ever heard or seen of Dundee’s Oktoberfest so I had to give it a try. It pours a dark copper color with a thick head of foam. The scent is not very strong but it has a very full flavor that drinks very smooth. This is perhaps the best Oktoberfest I’ve had thus far. A must try!

A clear, mahogany pour with a tan head. The aroma is toffee and bread with a hint of spice. The medium body has a slick texture with average carbonation. The taste is moderately sweet from start to finish.

Very nice amber red color with absolutely no bitter aftertase Not much of a head, but that hadno effect on anything. A very good sipping autumn brew

Very similar to Sam Adams Boston Lager, but with a nice spicy aftertaste. Malty and hoppy with a nice tan head.
