UPDATED: MAY 12, 2012 RE RATE. Poured from bottle. Aroma is caramel and gas. Clear amber with barely a head. Flavors of caramel malt, toast, a bit of hops and a trace of dark honey. Not bad, but not interesting either.

I was pretty impressed my first Honey Brown was a 40 ounce. I must say i drank every sip with pleasure.

This is my favorite beer. I am a huge lager fan, and this brew has such a rich, well balanced flavor.

A little bit to sweet and sort of flat and uninteresting towards the end of the bottle.

This beer has a pleasant sweet taste. Not an everyday beer, yet very good when you have a taste for it.

THIS BEER GOES ESPECIALLY WELL WITH AN AVO NO.2 (CIGAR).

I don’t care that much for the finish, but this beer looks great and starts well. I could drink this before going out or at a football game, but not all the time.
