Bottle, pours a clear bubbly very light copper. Grain and malt scent, not favorable. The taste is caramel malt, bread, and a light honey sweetness. Pretty boring.

Light golden copper, clear, short head, light lace. Slight honey with slight citrus orange, light bread and caramel aroma, mineral. Almost neutral but very mildly- pleasant. Taste is light, mild with same notes as aroma. Not too bad really, little bit of flavor for a 4%er.

On tap @ Woodrow, NYC. A clear amber red one with a small islandy off-white top. Smells of caramel malts, red amber Ltd, light sugar sweet and some egg shell’s. Bah. Doesn’t taste any good either to be honest. Minerals, really sweet. Yeah, I actually get some honey here, but I don’t like it. Melon honey melon juice with wood juice. Soft oily with a average carbonation level. Quite boring and a little bit disappointing to be honest. 23.06.2013

Had this several years ago when I was first branching out from BMC, but I could not remember the taste, so I picked up a bottle for a make-your-own six-pack tonight. Pours light gold with a decent, tightly bubbled head. Aroma of sweet honey malt. Flavor follows suit. A little weak and a little watery, but it’s refreshing and drinkable enough.

bottle. Amber with small head. This is one of the first non-Macro beers I ever had, so I have a bit of a soft spot for it. Light maltiness with some caramel sweetness. Mellow.
