Bottle pours a hazy orange color with a thin tan head. Scent and taste are sweet caramel. Meh

I’m going to be up front about this, I hate lagers and pilsners in general. This beer holds a special place in my heart Cuz my dad drank it when I was a child before selling out and switching to labatt blue. That being said this is a pretty good lager and I would drink this over a lot of things any day.

light aroma of bread and cereal. Appearance is amber and clear, with minimal head, white foam. Taste: medium sweetness, lightly bitter. Palate: light body, thin feel, average carbonation, slightly bitter finish.

Appearance: 1" sudsy head that quickly recedes leaving moderate lacing. Golden/amber color and some carbonation streaming up. Aroma: maybe just a slight hint of hops but the sweetness of the toasted malt and honey are what dominate Mouthfeel: watery, crisp, refreshing. Very sessionable. Fairly dry finish. Flavor: toasted bread with honey Overall: I quite enjoyed this beer. It is the first time I have ever tried it. It is certainly not a ’world class’ beer but it is perfectly fine for what it is -- a clean, refreshing, and enjoyable brew.

Big fucken can @ home courtesy of BlackIPA! Bazinga! I had this for the first time when I was a sophomore in college and my neighbor got a keg of this. I was pretty impressed by a "craft beer" keg, ha. Pours a clear copper appearance with an off white head. Toasted malty, lightly nutty, a bit metallic aroma. Somewhat watery, light caramel, metallic, lightly sweet flavor. Moderately easy to chug.

First of all, I question why this is called brown lager. It’s barely brown. It has a taste shy better away from Budweiser . Overpriced and overrated.

24oz can. Pours clear amber with beige head. Taste is light candy sweet caramel, grains, with some metallic notes on the finish. The sweetness is well very sweet for a lager.

12 Fl.Oz. Bottle. Poured clear dark amber with a small off white head. Aroma of grain malts and spices. Taste is sweet, some honey, nuts, malts and grain. It’s like a very decent drink for a hot day as is quite refreshing and easy to drink.
