COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A wonderfully balanced true pale ale. Cascade, Tomahawk, and Amarillo hops create a citrusy aroma with a smooth, crisp finish. A subdued malt character nicely complements the hop complexity and produces an orangey amber hue.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Pours a clear, amber golden with tiny impurities. Small, white head. Light aroma of hops. Thin body with vague caramel notes and a lightly hoppy finish. Very drinkable, but not really a grand APA. 210606

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a small, creamy beige head. Hoppy nose with pine, tending towards fluor, as well as a full maltyness. Malty and sweet flavor with beef-stock notes and a good dash of piney hops to balance to, rather than overpowering it as I more or less expected. Full to medium body and a long, piney finish. A beer on the hoppy side, but more balanced than many APA’s, and quite low on bitterness. Easy to drink and quenching. (080412)

(12oz bottle) Clear amber body with off-white head, nice lacing. Aroma is medium sweet, floral, caramel, bread, orange, some lime. Taste is medium sweet, bread, caramel, grapefruit, some orange, light lime. The citrus tastes a bit off. Light-medium body. Better than expected, but SN has nothing to fear.

12oz bottle-pours a foamy off white head and amber color. Aroma is very mild citrus/pine hops. Taste is soft citrus/pine hops-slight bite, medium malt-sweet caramel. Good carbonation. An OK crossover beer. Medium body. Smooth American light lager with a few extra hops. 2.8 A good low cost beer. 3.0

Warning! Early amateur rating! Crisp beer. Plenty of malty body - only very mild hop bitterness in the finish.

Tasting at my place. Courtesy of Yngwie & Gunnfryd. Warm golden with a creamy head. The aroma is fruity hoppy with citrus, mostly oranges lead the way. The flavour has notes of citrus, mainly grapefruit, a touch of papaya and mango and some caramel sweetness. The finish is dry. Quite charming.
