COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A wonderfully balanced true pale ale. Cascade, Tomahawk, and Amarillo hops create a citrusy aroma with a smooth, crisp finish. A subdued malt character nicely complements the hop complexity and produces an orangey amber hue.

Bottled. Poured medium-golden with a short-lived off-white head. The aroma picked up pale and vegetal malts with light grassy and orangey accents.. not so enjoyable. The flavor followed the same course.. bitter orange peel around and throughout, with honey-kissed cheap malts and light vegetal character beneath.. tangy orange on the finish. Lighter-bodied with smooth carbonation on the palate.. good feel on the middle, but too sharp through the finish.

From a bottle. Pours clear amber with a thin off white head. Tastes bitter, hoppy, bready, with a hint of raisin. Dry feel. Medium body and low carbonation. Smells toasted, like cereal, toffee, nuts, floral hops, plums, and figs.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with creamy, off-white head. Aroma is caramel, toasted, and cereal malts, toffee, mixed nuts, floral hops, plums, and light fig. Flavor is balanced bready malts and hop bitterness with a touch of dark fruit esters; dry finish. Medium body and low carbonation.

This beer is so malty, and not in a good way. Hops are in there, but not tasty and not what at all what I want in a pale ale.

Bottle. Aroma is hoppy with a bit of citrus. Pours light amber/golden colored with medium white head. Taste is slightly more hoppy than I would consider a pale and finishes dry and hoppy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours an almost clear amber with a golden hue and a large white head. Dusty hops, a bit medicinal and spicy. Medium bodied, sweet candied floral notes, a bit of malt and then some weird banana notes come through. Where did that come from? More weirdness into the finish, old bubblegum, some strange bitterness and old toast. Meh. I could drink this I guess...but why?

Suprisingly drinkable. It’s got a nice bitter hop bite that I wasn’t expecting out of this beer. Nice!

Hoppy citrus aroma with a touch of lime in the flavour. Light orange colour with nice carbonation on the tongue.

12oz bottle. Poured a crystal clear amber color with a small off-white head. Smell and taste is of light hops and mild caramel malt. Has more hop flavor than you can detect by the nose.

This is a great pale ale for the money. Starts out subtle to the nose, and finishes without a grabby bitterness that some overly flavored beers boast. Enjoyably Hoppy indeed!!! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Smell of malt, yeast, skunk. Taste is mildly bitter and hoppy, also malty. Would work best with spicy food.
