2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
From the good ol sampler pack. Completely clear golden with medium small white head. Sweet grass and hay with hints of caramel and a touch of the pils hops one would hope for in a pils. Taste is like a premium nondescript lager. Not much pils taste here. Sweet, slightly grassy, touch of herbal, barely a hint of hops. Meh.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Light straw under a decent fluffy white head which fades with lots of lace before settling into a mostly full bubbly layer.
Straw, bread crust, crackers, and slightly dry already cut grass.
Medium-light weight slowly opens up to reveal a soft bready mouthfeel, bitter lemon rind, and dry grains.
A pale shadow of the greatness that a really good pilsner can be from Dundee Brewing. Forgettable.

12oz bottle, mixed 12pk from discontinued table at Publix. Aroma of pale grains & straw. Clear yellow color, no head. Light fizz. Light cereal flavor. Tastes like a well hopped Pilsner. Finishes with a decent hop character, pale malts. A little off balance, but better than expected. (3868)

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Totally bland. Not bad enough to slam, just forgettable. Hits the right notes to be a decent enough pils, but nothing about it stands out. Except the label I guess.
