Tastes like metal mixed with band aids. Overcarbonated for the style. Avoid it people.

A little bit of malts to it, decent balance, but mostly too thin, drinkable, not exceptional.

Bottle. Black coffee appearance creates a subliminal coffee aroma. Burnt malt and molasses leads to a burnt brown sugar finish. Very mild for a porter; more like what the macros market as a dark ale. Disappointing.

Bottle. Poured black with a creamy tan head that settled to a ring and left light lace. Aroma of roasted malt and nut. The flavor found roasted malt and dark chocolate. Medium body with a roast and dark chocolate aftertaste.

(12oz bottle, courtesy of jjfoodie) Pours a dark brown with tan head. Aroma of dark roasted grain and malt, light signs of chocolate. Flavor is very much the same. Mouth feel is medium body with high carbonation. Overall, not bad! Easy drinker.

(12oz bottle thanks to JJFoodie) Light roast. Light brown color. Light roast taste (boy that’s a lot of lights...) Some chocolate. Not a bad beer but very light.

Bottle- Pours a dark mahogany with a tan head & little lacing. Mainly a nice malt aroma with some traces of chocolate. Nice roasted malt taste with a hint of chocolate. Nice clean finish, fairly dry. medium body, quite smooth. Another good brew from Dundee. Not overpowering, very enjoyable. Good drink while kicking back.

Aroma is fairly strong and smoky with a hint of roast coffee. It pours a typical but still appetizing opaque sable with an OK light tan head. Flavor is like any good stout, smoky with tones of molasses, unsweet chocolate and quality coffee. Texture is fairly smooth and fizzy, leaving behind a pleasing tingle. I love good porters!
