Feel is light and very drinkable.
This is REALLY very good for the price. A great, mild, easy porter.

Bottle; sampler Pack 2008. My favorite from this sampler - none of which were undrinkable, all of which at least had some character. Pleasantly roasty malt aroma. Pours looking like a stout - tastes a bit like one too but ligter body than it looks. Nice smooth palate. Not oily. Some cocoa. Some coffee. Mostly roast malt- not "ashtray" burnt. Not bad at all.
BUY AGAIN? Ifa six at this sub-micro price; YES

From their new craft case and now simply called Dundee; This is a very fine porter with a nice roasted malt aroma and flavor that is not overpowering, still a bit lite as porters go, but it’s well balanced and tasty enough to deserve another. Good going Dundee.

Bottle to Sam Adams Lager Glass. Pours a gorgeous dark ruby color with a thick tan head that sustains. Aroma of chocolate and roasted malt. I didn’t detect any hop aroma. Tastes roasted and mild chocolate. Sweetness up front which is short lived and bitterness at the end which lasts just a little longer. Medium mouthfeel. Good stuff. I’ll take another one anytime which is more than I can say for their Helles Bock "Pale Bock".

UPDATED: SEP 11, 2008 Just like the bottle says "Roasted & Robust." Pours dark amber with a thick, creamy brown head. Has a nice roasted malt aroma and a bitter taste with a hint of chocolate. A quality beer.
