Our spin on a traditional German-style Radler. This unique warm weather sipper is a tasty tandem of a lager and lemon with a light, refreshing and enticing tart taste that is truly the ideal accompaniment to a hot summerís day

Bottle @ Presidential Suite. Clear golden pour with a white head. Smells like lemonade for the most part. A bit of 7 Up, too. A little bread and grain. Sweet 7 Up and lemonade flavor. Bitter grass and grain husk. A bit thin, not surprisingly. A little green apple tartness.

12oz bottle. Thanks to BoostIPA, apparently . Tasted at RBSG grand tasting post-tasting. Mostly clear golden color. Thin off-white head, leaves decent bits of lace. Good smooth lemon flavor, I dig it. Moderate sweet taste, light zesty. Dry finish. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter carbonation. Lighter body. Solid shandy. I dig it.

Bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear light gold with minimal head. Aroma of lemons and sugar. Taste is somewhat bland. Lemons and sugar. Light bodied with a slick texture. Fizzy carbonation and a decently long finish. Drinkable but meh.

UPDATED: JUL 8, 2014 From a bottle it does have a friendly aroma. Slight haze on a rather lemon looking beer. Yes, on the buds, more like a traditional fruit beer than a shandy. Dull lemon flavors on top of a typical dundee flavored beer. As expected.

12oz t.o. bottle. Smells of fresh lemonade. Tastes like lemonade, Splenda©, and very stale pilsner. Donít buy it, unless youíre going for the "tick". (3837)

Malty aroma has a strong overtone of lemon - more at lemonade, reminiscent of what you get from some ten year oldís front yard stand. Thatís the best kind. Pours a clear yellow with a thick, if not persistent, white head. Sweet lemon dominates the flavor, which is malty and not otherwise remarkable. Texture is rather thin, though nicely fizzy. Yes, good for a steamy summer day. Not great, but still palatable.

12 oz bottle: As shandies go this isnít a good one at all. Aroma of lemonade and stale cardboard. Appearance is a clear golden with a thick white head that diminishes quickly. Taste is kind of lack luster with a bit of lemonade and crappy cardboard lager. Palate has high carbonation with a lingering bad lemonade note. Overall, Bleh... Cheers!

Aroma has notes of lemon and lager. Medium to light hazy golden hue with an average white foamy head that mostly diminished and left little lace. Flavor is medium sweet and lightly bitter. Palate is light bodied and watery with average carbonation. Overall a less than average shandy. Flavor is just not right and nothing seemed to blend together. I would turn it down if offered.

Better than Leinkugelís, but not as good as Sam Adamís Porch Rocker. I would have liked more bubbly carbonation on the tongue to give it that refreshing soda-esque feel to it. It was alright.
