COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American style unfiltered wheat beer. Pale straw in color, our Hefeweizen exhibits a light cloudiness from carefully selected wheat and yeast. With its spicy wheat malt aroma and crisp hop finish our Hefeweizen is a light, pleasantly flavorful beer ideal for warmer weather.

Pale gold and a tiny bit hazy, with a small white head that dissipated almost immediately. Tangy, yeasty nose. Mild for a hefeweizen. Watery but crisp, with a bitter finish.

Medium golden beer with light head. Not a lasting taste with a small carbonation. A hint of honey, overall not that great.

I am embarrassed to see American style wheat beer means flavor less and disappointing, then I am giving up this style. The flavor is very very light and lacks the yeast it needs. Easy finish, made for amateurs.

A nice pleasant beer with a fresh crisp taste. Yellow with a slight haze, Pours with a nice head thick and foamy. Good lacing with a smooth dry finish that goes down good.

Cornsloth (16) - East Wenatchee, Washington, USA - JUL 30, 2007
A cloudy gold, very little head, and finished with no lacing. It had a pungent smell of orange and coriander. Although the drink went down smooth, the taste left something to be desired, it was a strong yet boring taste of wheat.

Both on draft and bottled - in either case, not a bad beer, but also it has very little to do with Hefeweizen in terms of style. There’s no fruit, very little acidity... not a bad beer, and certainly didn’t offend, but also NOT a hefe!
