| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Sep 27, 2008 Hazy golden (strangely not clear, like many raters before me have noted). Very small white head is pretty much fully diminishing leave a very thin ring. Light wheat aroma with a hint of honey sweetness. Surprisingly, I find this rather full-bodied for a wheat. Flavor-wise, heavily malted with a slightly astringent wheat/rye huskiness to the finish. Not a good example of a wheat ale, but to call this horrid by any stretch of the imagination is making a mountain out of a molehill. The differences in ratings makes me believe that this beer may suffer from poor quality control. HonkeyBra (1326), Lemont, Illinois, USA
| 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Sep 27, 2008 Pours golden. One of the worst beers I’ve ever had. Soapy aroma, cardboard flavor. Also sucks. WISEGUY572 (1245), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Sep 23, 2008 Do I have to say anything at all? OK, I will. Crystal clear amber, more like a filtered amber ale than a wheat. Not much head ... not much wheat protein survived the filtering? A little lemon flavor, a little sweetness. Not a white, not a hefe ... not sure what it is. jimig (23), , Texas, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Sep 21, 2008 I am embarrassed to see American style wheat beer means flavor less and disappointing, then I am giving up this style. The flavor is very very light and lacks the yeast it needs. Easy finish, made for amateurs. berkshirejohn (1805), Bracknell, Berkshire, England
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 16, 2008 12 oz bottle. Slightly hazy amber with a loose cream head; slightly spicy citrus aroma; fresh citrus flavours with good bitterness and some spice towards the finish. Very pleasant and refreshing, but not a typical wheat beer. scottw86 (182), Maryland, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Sep 10, 2008 Poured very clear for a wheat beer. Aroma was not very interesting, maybe some hops. Taste was mainly of wheat, but there were some strange spices and the finish left a bad taste in my mouth. Not a great wheat beer. mcjay (303), Neenah, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Sep 5, 2008 Cloudy golden color with a foamy white head and a light hop aroma. Typical american hefeweize but little on the pale side.
