Commercial Description:
An American style unfiltered wheat beer. Pale straw in color, our Hefeweizen exhibits a light cloudiness from carefully selected wheat and yeast. With its spicy wheat malt aroma and crisp hop finish our Hefeweizen is a light, pleasantly flavorful beer ideal for warmer weather.

[bottle] Sour wheat malt aroma balanced by gentle citrusy US hops. Hazy dark gold covered by thin white. Spicy and sour wheat malt flavour with some lemony bitterness. A small herbal, coriander note. Light body, medium carbonation, slightly herbal bitter finish. Quite drinkable and refreshing, but boring.

12oz bottle into a pint glass. Got this in a sampler pack with several other JWs. Clean and refreshing, but lacking the complexity a hefe needs, even for an American

slightly hazed brownish golden pour with a short lived whitish head. not much on the nose... dusty, orange, earth and maybe some spice. the flavor is the same... with a straw-like dry finish...pretty dull. the body is somewhat watery though the carbonation feels a little creamy at times. it is not bad... there just isn’t a whole lot happening. 5/3/5/2/10/2.5

golden blonde body, kind of a cloudiness to it. A small white head. Aroma was of mild grain and citrus. Flavor was similar. Crisp finish. Not offensive but not good either.

Grainy amber color with quick diminishing head. Well carbonated. Earthy malt aroma hints of pepper. Light citrus Not much hop character. Malt flavor is a little overwhelming needs a grain bite, a little more crisp.
