COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American style unfiltered wheat beer. Pale straw in color, our Hefeweizen exhibits a light cloudiness from carefully selected wheat and yeast. With its spicy wheat malt aroma and crisp hop finish our Hefeweizen is a light, pleasantly flavorful beer ideal for warmer weather.

Pale gold and a tiny bit hazy, with a small white head that dissipated almost immediately. Tangy, yeasty nose. Mild for a hefeweizen. Watery but crisp, with a bitter finish.

Bottle. Hazy light orange. Fresh bread aroma leads to mild fruit. Pleasant fruit flavour with a shake of white pepper. Bland; would not willingly drink again.

Warning! Early amateur rating! A wheat beer with all the interesting bits taken out! Bland and stagnant! Bleugh!

Aroma is of rye bread and caraway. Cloudy golden, medium head. Bready lemon with a grass finish. Quite nice, easily quaffable.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy gld with a moderate linen white head that lasted through the first two sips and left light lace. Aroma is lightly sweet with weak honey and not much else. The flavor is light sweet honey and some weak, watery malt. Thin body. Not a very good example of the style.

Bottle- Pours a light hazy golden color with a good head and lacing. Mostly fresh grain aroma with a trace of citrus. Mild sweetness & grain flavor with a trace of citrus. Nice light bitter finish. Light body, smooth & quite refreshing. Easy drinker, sessionable beer. Good go to brew on a hot day.

Pours a cloudy dark yellow, much like the color of the label, with sediment. I think "Summer wheat" says it all, light taste with a good weight to it.

Very disappointing - it isn’t your typical wheat ale. It initially hits with sweetness and a hint of honey plus some odd bitterness. It isn’t terrible, but I didn’t enjoy it.
