12oz bottle. Pours a lightly cloudy full yellow, slight orange, with a sticky frothy foamy white sudsy head. Aroma of stale wheat, hint of vegetable or corn or something, faint vanilla. Flavor of stale wheat, hint of banana and rubbery phenol, some bitterness towards the finish with a hint of honey sweetness, long lasting wheat and burnt tire finish. Light bodied, slightly creamy and full, fizzy carbonation leading towards a dry finish. eh.
2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20 topherh (1709) - Kearney, Missouri, USA - AUG 10, 2010
Pours a hazy yellow with a little bit of a grassy lemon nose. Flavor is citrusy, grass, light honey, and a little wheat.
2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 weihenweizen (633) - West Virginia, USA - AUG 10, 2010
Refrigerated bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a cloudy light orange with deep golden highlights. Little carbonation and medium lacing. Taste is wheat, some tang, some estery, and finishes a little dry.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 bubbleflubber (1206) - Asheville, North Carolina, USA - JUL 30, 2010
Pours slightly gazed and golden into the glass with a light zesty head that diminishes to a tiny ring of lace. A grain and herbal nose ensues. The flavors have some wheat, light honey, herbs and grains. The body is light with a semi-thin mouthfeel. A seltzery dry finish brings forth some lingering vegetal notes from the flavor. This just seems out of balance and kilter overall.
1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20 rougeau13 (1067) - Texas, USA - JUL 28, 2010
This is a very weak hefeweizen. Seems watered down and does nothing to make me want another, even in summer
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 mothman (120) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUL 14, 2010
Poured from a 12 oz brown bottle. Head is no where near what a hefe weizen should be. Disapates fast. Color is a light straw orange.
The smell is of citrus and of the obvious wheat. The taste is of some kind of fruit, hard to distinguish.
Mouthfeel is alright, makes my mouth very dry after I drink it. However, the carbonation is pretty decent.
Overall, not a beer that I would go and buy again, but it was part of the mix pack, so it was well worth a try.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 Ughsmash (5632) - Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 11, 2010
Bottled. Poured slightly hazy straw golden with a light fizzy white head. The aroma picked up toasted grains and vegetal notes, with lemon zest accents.. wet dog as it warmed up. The flavor found honey and vegetal notes at the core (just slightly more honey), with light wheat and lemony tartness around.. sticky and unpleasant on the finish. Light-bodied and dry on the palate.. the tartness was welcoming, but none of the rest of the brew came together.

Hazy golden white head... minimal aroma for a wheat, some malt sweetness... bland boring, no discernable wheat flavor, odd sweetness... light thin...
