I’m drinking this without the cusomary lemon slice but it has a slight citrus bitterness all on it’s own. It probably would be helped with a lemon wedge. Aroma is barely detectable but a touch of malt is coming though. Overall I’d guess I’d say I’ve had better Hefe’s. tagz (335), USA

Dundees’ attempt. Not a bad beer. Not especialy cloudy for being an unfiltered beer. Decent aroma, slightly sweet (butterscotch?). Okay taste, pretty mild. Easy drinking beer. Pours a very very incredibly light straw color. Pretty much yellow. Color reminds me of cheap beer. Taste is very weak hints of banana with the overly dominant wheat malt flavor. I would not call this a hefe. If anything it is a bad american wheat. Not something I would drink a lot at all... beanmedic (324), Hamilton, Ontario, Canada

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 5/5 | 13/20 | Jun 14, 2008 Presentation: Poured from a 12oz bottle into my “duff beer” hefeweizen glass. It has a light hazy golden color with an off white or light beige head. The head builds up thick and slowly fades to a thinner covering. The lace is slick and sides down with the beer as I drink it. The aroma has sweet wheat and doughy malt essence along with a light, all most fruity yeast as well. The flavor has some sweet doughy malt and wheat flavors that are a bit light and thin but refreshing. The finish has a light crisp citrus edge that I like. Its body is light with a smooth creamy palate. It a nice safe flavor. Nothing is out of balance or offensive just mellow.
