crizay (1069), Brook Park (was Tampa,FL), Ohio, USA Jun 9, 2005 Updated: Jun 9, 2007 This beer has some awesome flavor to it, it really did taste peachy with slight apricot to it, so smooth and so easy to drink, perfect for the florida summer heat, one of my new favorites, I kept drinking these over and over it was just a perfect beer to have while sitting on the florida gulf beaches. How this isn’t rated higher beats me.
markwise (205), Orlando, Florida, USA May 18, 2008 Had it on draft at Great Orlando Beer Festival. It hyas a very strong fruity aroma and pours an orange ambery color with a healthy head. It tastes of apricots, peaches, and some honey. A very mellow, sweet refreshing beer. I could get used to this one. Very good on draft. daknole (531), Plantation, Florida, USA May 4, 2008 I bought a bottle from my Whole foods and did not like it. However after speaking to some who know this beer, I am convinced the bottle may have been bad. For now I am going to give it a middle of the road review. Beerlando (1157), Orlando, Florida, USA May 3, 2008 Draft at Ravenous Pig. Pours a very lightly hazy orange-gold color. A foamy, pure white head left minimal, spotty lacing behind. The nose is heavy on apricot, with wheat and pale, sweet malts also coming through. Surprisingly, it doesn’t smell artiifical like I was expecting. Flavors were similar, with a touch of the peach joining in as a highlight. Light to medium bodied and semi-dry, I found this to be quite refreshing on a hot day. Nothing particularly complex going on here, but a nice warm weather session brew nonetheless. gunhaver (541), Tampa, Florida, USA Feb 19, 2008 Updated: Jun 4, 2008On draft at Oldsmar Tap House. Pours a cloudy golden, with copper highlights. White, creamy head, with wet lacing. Aromas of peach, apricot, plastic, and chalk. Rich apricot and peach in the flavor, with a malty backbone that ties it together. Not bad at all. Thin/medium bodied, and quite easy to drink. Miver (299), WillowStreet, Pennsylvania, USA Dec 28, 2007 Bottle purchased at the brewery 2 years ago and on draft at the brew pub. I know better than to age a beer like this, but I actually just forgot I had it. I didn’t like it that much when I had it on draft, but the 2 year old bottle was a different story. Poured bright yellow gold with a thin white head. Aroma was of strong apricot with a hint of funk. The taste was initially tart followed up by a strong apricot taste. The ending was a little disappointing and thin, but the initial tart taste up front I enjoyed. Not bad.
