On tap at the brewery. Hazy light amber. Big apricot extract nose. Sweet, candyish taste like canned apricots. A little bit of refreshing wheatiness in the finish. It’s OK.

(Draught) Pours a murky orangish-tan body with a medium white head. Aroma is dominated by sweet apricot with some wheat notes. Flavor of apricot, vanilla, and wheat. The apricot really comes through in this beer, which is unique for apricot wheat beers.

Draft. Cloudy apple juice body with small white head. Aroma is medium sweet, apricot, light wheat, perfume. Taste is medium sweet, apricot, some wheat. Light-medium body.

on tap-pours a white head and hazy gold color. Aroma is mild apricot. Taste is apricot/peach pits, wheat/grain-bready.

Draft… Cloudy, deeply golden ale with a small, frothy, white head. Decent retention. The aroma is a strange, but welcomed blend of buttery popcorn, sourmash and boiled grain with a moderate fruit component. Medium-bodied and lightly creamy with gentle carbonation. The modestly tangy flavor offers spent mash, buttery popcorn, a whisper of bourbon and an afterthought of fruit. Tangy, fruity finish. This is a total train wreck of a beer, but the mish mash of flaws really works for me and creates a truly stand-out wheat ale. Certainly one-of-a-kind.

A hazy golden wheat with a thin lacing white head. A nice smooth apricot aroma with light perfume notes. In mouth, a good fruity apricot al, very classy and smooth, light mineral notes. On tap at brewpub, May 23 2010.

Draft. Pours an apple juice colored body with a white fizzy head. Floral and candied sweet aromas, some light dried cots with a mild sugar sweetness. Comes together pretty well overall, mildly sweet and lightly chewy, not my style but well done i felt.

Draft @ Brewpub: Cloudy orange, white head. Nose of apricot and....peach! Plenty of the extract notes to cover up any flaws or the thin husky wheat flavor. Balanced and drinkable, but boring.
