Pours a nice golden color with white head. Cereal grains, floral notes, and some citrus on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes clean.

Enjoyed a sample of this beer on tap at the brewpub. The beer had a cloudy deep gold color with a small foamy white head with short retention, but light cling and lacing. Its aroma had light floral notes along with some touches of citrus and grainy hops. The taste was a sweet and bitter blend with some floral and fruity tones and a grainy bitterness. It was a lighter, wetter beer, with low carbonation and fizz, and a refreshing, crisp mouthfeel.

This beer pours a nice straw like yellow with a bit of hops and grains in the aroma. Has a subtle honey flavor as well. Had it on tap at the brewery. A great time and a great place to visit, enjoy some beers, and talk to the brewers who are more than willing to lend an ear on all things beer.

Aroma of apple juice. Straight up Apple juice, little bit of earthy hop bitterness followed by slight cardboard but it quickly goes away.

A: poured into a snifter. pours a straw yellow with slight amounts of sediment. pours a nice white head that recedes after a while. good amount of lacing. S: sweet aroma of grain. in some unusual way it reminds me of breakfast. T: some honey tones from the sweet malts. decent bitters from the hops, but nothing that reaches out and grabs you, which is hit and miss with the Kolsch style. slight metallic tones in this as well, which is turning me off. M: leaves the mouth a little dry, and the palate a little bitter. has somewhat of a chalky aftertaste. D: its a good session beer if you are into Kolsch beers. I am not a huge fan of the style, but I do respect it. There are other Kolsch beers that I prefer, but it isn’t a bad beer either.

Draft at redlight redlight. Pours yellow, but with a decent creamy head and fine translucency. Nice nose with aromas of golden malts and hints of honey and berries. Flavor is a little flat but it has a decent finish of hay and brite malts. pretty smooth. not great but decent session beer for sure.

Light golden beer. Drinkable but very light. A bit thin, descent carbonation and had some sweetness with a touch of extra light bitterness.
