On tap at the brewery. Dirty reddish brown pour with a thin off white head. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel and faint earthy hops. Easy drinking with a nice even finish. Perfect session brew for having a few with a meal, nothing overpowering or outstanding but still enjoyable.

Draft… Hunahpu’s Day 2012… Cloudy burnt-orange ale with a small, creamy, white head that dissipates fairly quickly. The nose is grainy - in a good way – lightly acidic and even a touch fruity with a welcomed nuance of black tea. Problem is, I spent five minutes attempting to pull these notes from the glass. Medium-bodied with dancing carbonation. The flavor is mildly sweet, toasty and well-balanced overall. Crisp, unsweetened black tea finish.

Amber pour, mostly white head. Simple hoppy and caramel malt brew here. Nothing bad at all, nothing spectacular. Enjoyable and easy drinking.

On draft at FBG Fest 2011. Pours a light amber with an off- white head. Nose is malt, caramel, some citrus hops, and a few hints of floral hops. Flavor is similar. A nice amber, and the dry-hopping provides some nice hoppy citrus overtones. Light to medium body and not bad.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours up hazy copper with gold edges and off white head. The aroma is punctuated by a pleasing dry hopping that delivers up hop spiciness and a mixture of grapefruit, lemon and tangelo hops to go along with mild sweetness in the background. The taste is pretty crisp with fresh spicy hops and then thinning some as semi tart and bitter citrus takes a foot hold. Off in the background is a thin sweet malt support structure failing to gain any ground on the hops. With the near watery body coming to an end at the finish I get spice and citrus hops hanging on into the after taste.
