On draft at Hoptomic 2011. Pours light yellow with a white head. Nose is light malt, some mild citrus, some pine, and a hint of white wine. Flavor is similar with lingering miscellaneous bitterness. Light in body and reminiscent of a West Coast IPA.

Poured up on tap at the Dunedin brewpub with clear copper body, thick gold edges and white head. The aroma offers a mix of citrus hops, pine hops, tropical mango fruitiness and a touch of butterscotch pudding. The taste is darn full and rich with citrus hop flavor, various tropical fruit notes and a bit of pine. These notes move from malt sweetened hop flavor very quickly into robust levels of bitter citrus, grassy and pine resin. I get a brief subtle pulse of either sugary tangerine esteriness or some tired yeast by product. It is actually too subtle to tell the difference and only impact this experience slightly.

growler-pours a thin white head and gold color. Aroma is pine/floral/resin, some light malt-caramel. Taste is dry pine/floral hops bite, some light malt-caramel.
